JP Sanderson has spent more than three decades in Texas construction and has been serving the Brazos Valley since 1997. Alongside his work as a designer, installer and skilled craftsman, JP has worked for three influential Texas homebuilding companies. He has built hundreds of homes and directed warranty service for thousands more across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and the Brazos Valley.

In 2018 he founded Texas Restoration. His specialties include leak detection and repair, add-ons and additions, custom kitchen and bath design, full home renovations, stormwater drainage adjustments, and antique furniture restoration. Texas Restoration works with homeowners, property managers and realtors alike. Every project starts with an on-site evaluation and a detailed quote, and JP holds his work at a level far beyond industry standards.

“As a third-generation custom cabinet builder, I grew up in this industry in the Bryan/College Station area and have been involved in it in some way for close to 34 years. I’ve seen the construction industry at its peak of quality, and I’ve seen standards of quality and management diminish. I don’t run a large operation, so I put a higher level of planning, design and craftsmanship into my clients’ projects. I always enjoy meeting others, and I plan to serve the Brazos Valley for a very long time.”
